Cookies & local storage

For the core traffic display, StauJetzt itself does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used for technical performance measurement and, according to Cloudflare, works without cookies.

Favourites

Only after an explicit action (“Save” or “Add”) is your favourites selection stored in your browser’s localStorage. This is needed to provide the persistent favourites feature you requested. The selection is not sent to StauJetzt.

Trend

The trend uses no persistent browser storage and exists only in memory during the current visit.

Google AdSense / CMP

Since 22 September 2026 StauJetzt may load Google AdSense to finance the service. Where consent is required, advertising technologies follow the choices provided through the published Google-certified consent-management platform.
