Privacy
Controller
Full controller details are available in the Legal notice. Privacy requests: legal@staujetzt.com.
Technical operation and security
When you access the site, technically necessary connection and security data may be processed, including IP address, time, requested resource, browser/device information and security characteristics. The purposes are delivery, stability, error analysis and abuse prevention. Processing and retention are limited to what is necessary for operation, security and legal obligations.
Cloudflare
StauJetzt uses Cloudflare for delivery, DNS and security. Cloudflare may process technical connection and security data. Where data is processed outside the EEA, the transfer mechanisms provided by the supplier apply.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used for technical performance measurement. According to Cloudflare, it collects minimal performance and timing metrics, uses no cookies and does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. The beacon is delivered through Cloudflare and sends measurements to a same-domain /cdn-cgi/rum endpoint. These metrics are not used as a traffic-data source for StauJetzt reports.
Favourites / local storage
If you explicitly choose “Save” or “Add”, your selected motorways are stored locally in your browser so the requested favourites feature can work on later visits. This selection is not sent to StauJetzt and can be removed at any time.
Trend
The report trend is calculated only in memory during the current page visit and is not stored permanently.
Advertising
Since 22 September 2026 StauJetzt may load Google AdSense to finance the service. Where consent is required, advertising technologies follow the choices provided through the published Google-certified consent-management platform.
Recipients and data sources
Recipients of technical operating data may include infrastructure and security providers. Public traffic data is fetched server-side from sources documented on the Data sources & licences page.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Consent can be withdrawn for the future where processing relies on consent. Complaints may be submitted to a competent data-protection authority; for the operator in Slovenia this includes the Informacijski pooblaščenec.
